Refund policy

Due to the nature of the TCG Market, we do not offer returns for sealed boxes, single cards, and collectible card games (including but not limited to: Pokémon, Magic: the Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, etc.) Unfortunately things happen, so if something arrives damaged or not as described, send an email to brandon@pokebtcg.com and we'll do our best to make it right. 

Cancellations CAN be requested 24 Hours after purchase prior to FULFILLMENT. After 24 hours, orders CANNOT be Cancelled. Once the order is Fulfilled, there will be no Cancellations. Please email brandon@pokebtcg.com for Cancellations and be sure to include the following in your Subject Line, "Cancel Order #....."

Fraudulent Purchases

If for any reason your transaction is flagged as High Risk for Fraud or is flagged as Fraudulent, your order will be cancelled. If your order is cancelled due to the possibility of Fraud, you will be refunded minus any credit card fees incurred during the ordering/cancelling process. If for some reason your order is flagged as fraud, we may contact you to verify information regarding the order. Once your account activity has been flagged as possible fraud, your account will be banned. If you need to contact us with any questions, please email us at brandon@pokebtcg.com.

Shipping Caveat

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can easily report an issue to Seel via the Seel Resolution Center.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.

What should I do if my order was stolen after delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.

What should I do if my order was lost during delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report a loss 30 days after placing your order of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.

How long do I have to report a shipping issue?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 30 and 60 days after your order has shipped.

When will I receive my Worry-Free Purchase payout?

If your shipping issue has been accepted, then it will be dependent on your method of payout:

Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following return acceptance
PayPal Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
Venmo Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance

Can I change my order after it is placed?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, then Seel will send you a confirmation of your Worry-Free Purchase purchase via email. Worry-Free Purchase is not refundable unless the entire order is canceled.
