All orders are shipped utilizing Flat Rate Shipping. 

Orders placed for in-stock items will be processed within 24-48 hours.

We are located in Tennessee, so transit times will vary based on destination.

We only Ship to the United States.

We utilize USPS and UPS for all our Shipping Needs.

If you desire your delivery to require a Signature, please add "Signature Required Delivery" item to cart upon Checking out.

PokeBottoms Adventures cannot be held responsible once items are marked delivered by the carrier. Once packages are delivered, the customer is now responsible. If you feel you could be Porch Pirated, please purchase "Signature Required Delivery" upon checkout. If items are lost or damaged upon delivery, please email brandon@pokebtcg.com for help. 

All orders are shipped without insurance. You may Purchase Seel Worry-Free Shipping during the checkout process. 

For Local Delivery option at checkout you must live within a 6 mile radius of the Cookeville, TN address I utilized as a central location. If you live within that radius you will be offered a Local Delivery Option at Checkout. Please make sure you enter your phone number so that we can contact you to set up an agreed upon meeting location. If you are not able to meet within 48 hours of your purchase, please do not select Local Delivery. If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.

What should I do if my order was stolen after delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.

What should I do if my order was lost during delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report a loss 30 days after placing your order of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.

How long do I have to report a shipping issue?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 30 and 60 days after your order has shipped.

When will I receive my Worry-Free Purchase payout?

If your shipping issue has been accepted, then it will be dependent on your method of payout:

Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following return acceptance
PayPal Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
Venmo Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
